Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the phone number/contact you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit”
  5. Tap “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Tap the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options’
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: The conversation and future messages sent by the blocked contact will be archived. Notification alerts are disabled for archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messenger
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Select the conversation exchange with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive’
  5. Tap “Menu” again and go to “People & Options”
  6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be missing if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
  4. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  5. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward calls “When unreachable” “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Enable” / “Confirm”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Disable”
