bluetooth help Blackberry Pearl 8100

I have just got a Blackberry Pearl 8100 and am finding hard going to be honest but my main problem is I cannot get Bluetooth to accept I can send via Bluetooth so know its turned on but I just cant get it to accept

I have been through the manual but again no success is ther anybody out there who can help me and if so could you please explain in simple easy to follow instructions idiot fashion for me please

ok, first u would have 2 go into the media folder that u want 2 receive. for instance u want to receive a ringtone, u go 2 media then ringtones. go under device memory and press the menu button. scroll down and u should c receive using bluetooth. the phone that ur receiving from should already b sending the info and should connect. u can do that 4 pics, videos, ringtones, songs, etc. lemme kno if u need more info.

hey why do other phones say service is not supproted i have a blacke berry pearl

u would have 2 start sending on the other phone 1st then press receive using bluetooth.

i have a blackberry 8100, and when i want to transfer any pic, or song to other phone, i use bluetooth. and it works just fine, but when i want to get a pic, or song from other phone like samsung, nokia, motorola, or any other phone, there device says no connection and mine always says that waiting for connection.... when i unable my blutooth, it turns in to yellow light (next to it) insted of green. Pleaseeeeeeee .... please tell me wht should i do to solve this problem. thank you

when you get ready to get a song 1st make sure the person your getting the song or rintone from is sending it first then go to the rintone folder and hit the button beside the answer button it has a bunch of dots on it. okay now click receive using bluetooth same with pictueres.... hope i helped you by

Most of the helpful postings so far have dealt with receiving ringtones, music and pictures but do not cover sending and receiving contact details (address book entries / business cards). I can't see a way to do this as there is no 'Receive Using Bluetooth' option in Contacts. I'm used to sending between different Nokia 'phones or Nokia 'phones and various PDAs and it is much simpler and still secure. I think this is an unnecessary restriction on the BlackBerry.

Is there a solution to this?

I'm using a BlackBerry Pearl 8100 running software v4.5.0.55 (Platform 2.7.0.69).

ihave blackberry perl8100 having recieving problem video ringetones. when irecieve video or ring tones i was ask where should i save give file name. when i click save button the link wich send me the file comes notice faild. how i recieve or save pl any one can help me.thanks.

I have a blackberry pearl 8110 and my bluetooth is working. It won't let me send or receive anything. It says connection failed or something like that. I don't know why it just stopped working. Please help me with my problem.! thanks in advance.
