clocking BB Bold

Sometimes by Bold clocks and it takes a lot of time to switch between one menu or application to another...any ideas why, and what can I do

Is this a prototype Bold or a retail Bold?

Has it always been slow to switch between menus compared to say the Curve's?

Are you allowing apps to run in the background without actually closing them?

Have you installed a few 3rd party apps, that may not be written for the Bold that might be causing trouble?

When this happens, are you connected to the internet?

Which version of the Bold OS are you using?
4.6.0.125 <--- is what it was shipped with if brand new
4.6.0.162 <--- latest version of the Bold OS

What os are you running? I would update the OS to the latest version and then do a hard reset.
