THe seller won't contact me and AT&T/Cingular told me they couldn't give me the code because there is something wrong with the sellers account.

I can't afford to pay to have it unlocked and my sister pays for my phone service ($10 a month)...I want to use it mainly if I blackout or get lost because of mental issues I am currently under treatment for. I am hoping to use the qwerty keyboard to keep tabs of where I am and what I am doing as I got to and from appointments.

Any help would be appreciated.
