how to remove activation required on blackberry

i've been trying to remove activation required on my blackberry phone from all these sites but it's not working...some of them ask for a credit card or visa card. How to remove it free?
NOTE: i am not a citizen of USA.

I got this blackberry bold 9930 on my Trip to China, on getting back to Nigeria its unable to access rim network.

Kindly assist with the below details in letting me know what the issue may be and what can be done because it's also showing Activation Required. But I can receive calls and sms on the phone.
