    New member - confused! On 5/3/12 I purchased a 'new' BB Bold 9900 from AT&T store: marked at $549.99 less discount, full warranty. While trying to sync my gmail account, I found an email dated 12/21/11 on the phone. Q. Do AT&T sell refurbs in store? Q. If so, should this have been offered at discount? tb

    What is less discount?
    I would head back to where your purchased it ask ask for a new one.
    P.S. A while back I bought a new Palm Pre tried a few hours, took it back.

    Thanks. I upgraded my exisitng account and qualified for various ATT&T/Mfr discounts. The 'new' phone issue has been resolved with AT&T.
