Create a New Contact:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Tap “+” and select the desired method for storing or syncing the contact
  4. Enter the contact’s name, phone number, and other optional details in the appropriate fields
  5. Tap “Done”

Import/Export Contacts:

  1. Open “Contacts” and tap “Menu”
  2. Access “Import/Export”
  3. Select to “import from storage” “Import from SIM” or “Export to storage”

Add Contacts to Speed Dial:

  1. Tap and hold the home screen and go to “Widgets”
  2. Drag and drop the “Direct Dial” widget over an empty area on the home screen
  3. At the prompt, select the contact you want to associate with the widget

NOTE: You can repeat these steps to add more Direct Dial widgets for additional contacts on the home screen. You can also place these widgets in folders on the home screen by dragging and dropping them one on top of another.

Delete Contacts:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Tap the contact you want to remove
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” > “Delete”
  5. Press “OK”

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “menu”
  3. Go to “Call history”
  4. To view more details on a call log entry, tap it
  5. To clear the call log, tap “Menu” > “Call history”
  6. Tap “Clear call history”

Create a Caller Group:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Tap “+” > “Group name”
  4. Tap “Create a new group” and enter the desired group name
  5. Tap “OK”

Add Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Tap and hold the desired contact
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Group name”
  5. Select the desired caller group
  6. Tap “Back”
