Qustion for LG 4015

I found that you can program ringtones (montones) through the keypad but I lost the website. Does anybody know how to do this and know where I can find the "sheet music" for it?

Also, this was brought up in the general forum; is there anyway how to erase the pre-installed ringtones and rename other preset ringtones?
