need a new edit program

okay well i had a free trial of sound edit pro but my trial ran out and i found some new songs i want as ringtones. but they are all mp3 and im not sure of any others. can someone point me in the right direction

so, what exactly are you asking for? Do you need a program to edit music? What kind of ringers does your phone allow, mp3, mid, qcf? If you're just looking for a program to crop and convert music files, search for adobe audition through torrents or any P2P network (ie limewire, kazaa, etc, etc)

i want mp3 so i can make mp3 ringers. but i went and downloaded the same thing again but i just want to crop them to make like 25 sec ringers

have you tried adobe audition?

that is the program I use to make ringers for myself and anybody on this board. Its very easy. You might want to give it a try.

I use a freeware prorgram called WavePad. It supports .mp3s and is fairly simple.
