you could try Hidden Content although you might have to convert the file to mp3

Hidden Content (save to pc)
then go to Hidden Content to send them to your phone this site also works for other carriers or mobile17.com

tuneusin.com worked the best. instead of using the Phone Uploader or mobile17.com, i am just going to use my card reader and plug it into my computer and transfer it to my phone.
