First of all, my phone only supports QCP and MIDI.
All my ringtones I make sound like crap, all scratchy and noisy, and kinda quiet. I have Audacity so I can edit the songs, but I'm not sure what I should do to them to make them sound better on my phone. Should I decrease the bass, or what? What will get rid of the staticky sound?

Try the basic media format on my Hidden Content before you convert to QCP.
