We are a new ringtone company called DJ Nitrogen. Our software is based on Audacity, and lets you edit and remix any MP3 from your music collection into ringtones with fades, cuts and effects using our new ringtone recipe technology.
We wanted to let everyone in the ringtone forums know about our beta release before we make DJ Nitrogen public. We figure that you are the ringtone experts, and we would love to have you try out DJ Nitrogen and tell us what you think.
During our beta, well be giving everyone their first ringtone for free. In addition, if you are the first person to make a ringtone for any song we dont have in our ringtone library, youll get that ringtone for free too.
DJ Nitrogen is windows software and works with Verizon Wireless, AT&T/Cingular, T-Mobile, Sprint and Cellular One.
You can download DJ Nitrogen at:

You can email us at Hidden Content

Re: New Ringtone Editor, free ringtones for forum readers
As an Audacity user I found the edit window pretty easy to use, but a help function would be nice. I suspect the record labels won't be happy about this?

Re: New Ringtone Editor, free ringtones for forum readers
Hi MM,
Thanks for writing in. We are working on a help feature right now. If you have any topics you would like me to include, just let me know.
As for the record labels, I think they have a lot to worry about right now!
Thanks,
Chris and DJ Nitrogen

I use audacity, and it's free...so what are you charging people for?
I personally enjoy Goldwave, if I had to pay for software.
