Stolen Iphone, terminate contract Rogers HELP

Dear all,

I was new to Canada when i signed a contract with rogers I got the Iphone 4. Its now been 6 months and i got mugged. What should i do? whats the best way to get out of the contract? Or any alternatives. Any help would be appreciated

Hi, so you got your Iphone4 stolen ?
I'm guessing you got that phone in 2011, so an HUP is out of the question, you could ask for an Out of Warranty phone, but you wouldn't be able to get another Iphone 4...
