Russia and Switzerland will be the first two countries, other than South Korea, to get the Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 and WiFi 5.0. The two Samsung devices are Android 2.3 media player handsets that will feature a 4" and a 5" display screen with mDNIe image engine as well as these features: 1GHz processor, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, Social Hub support, VoIP, VGA front and 3.2MP back facing cameras, 8 or 16GB internal memory and microSD card slot.
