Where can I buy an UNLOCKED Samsung Galaxy S2 (store/online)?

I am looking to buy an unlocked SGS2 for a friend and another one for myself.
The phone must have warranty (2 years?) and all that.

The thing is; I cannot find sites (both online and actual stores) to buy it... I can get it from BestBuy for $700, but that is quite steep compared to all other places.

I am located in the US.

Please list up some actual places in the US where I can purchase an unlocked SGS2 phone, and online sites as well, which will give me a warranty with the phone.

I checked out Newegg.com, and they have it. However, they only offer a limited 90-day warranty through brainstormco.com....

Please help me find places to buy it where I can get the manufacturer warranty (2 year?).
In case something happens to a $500+ device, it is nice to have the warranty!

Ive found 2 pretty good places to buy unlocked cellphones, one is Cheaptronics Depot they have a pretty large selection. Also i would check out the ebay store thegizmotrader (affiliated with Sell Cell | Cash for Electronics | Sell Cell Phones | Sell iPhone | Sell Used Electronics) for great deals!
