Sending Emails

1. Go to the Home screen and tap Email.
2. Then tap the Create icon to start a new email.
3. Tap the To field and enter the name or email address of your recipient. And if you want to add CC or BCC, tap the Menu key
4. Tap the Subject field and enter your subject, and in the email body, compose your email.
5. When you’ve finished composing the email, tap the Send icon located at the top left corner of the screen.

In case you’re unable to send or receive emails, turn your Samsung Galaxy Express off and on again, check to see if your cellular date is turned on, make sure your device has at least two bars of signal strength or Wi-Fi connection, revalidate your email settings, attempt to remove and then re-add your email account.

Deleting an Email Account

1. Go to the Home screen and tap Email.
2. Press the Menu key -> select Settings.
3. Then tap the Trashcan icon located at the top right corner of the screen.
4. Tap the email account that you wish to delete and tap Delete -> Delete

Sending Messages

1. Go to the Home screen and tap Messages.
2. Then tap the Create icon to start a new message.
3. Tap the To field and enter a either the name of the recipient or its phone number.
4. Write the desired message and when ready tap, the Send icon.
5. If you also want to add an attachment to the message, tap the Attachment icon located at the left side of the screen and attach a photo, video or other files and tap Send when finished.
6. Your sent message will be displayed. To exit this menu, tap the Back key.

To save a message attachment, tap and hold the desired message and then select Attached items -> tap to see the items that were attached and select Save.
To delete a message you need to go to the desired message thread and tap the Menu key -> tap Delete Messages -> tap to select which messages you’d like to delete and select Delete.

Messaging Settings

1. Go to the Home screen and tap Messaging.
2. Then tap the Menu key and select Settings.
3. Make the desired adjustments. You can make modifications to the Display, Storage Settings, Text message settings, Multimedia message settings and more.
