Forwarding All Calls (Unconditional):

  1. Press the "Menu" button while viewing a home screen
  2. Tap "Settings"
  3. Tap the "My device tab"
  4. Press "Call" > "Additional settings" > "Call forwarding" > "Always forward"
  5. Type in the number that you want to forward the calls to
  6. Tap "Enable"

Forwarding Certain Calls (Conditional):

  1. From any of the home screens, press the "Menu" button
  2. Tap "Settings" and go to "My device"
  3. Tap "Call" > "Additional settings" > "Call forwarding"
  4. Select one of the following: "Forward when busy", "Forward when unanswered", "Forward when unreachable"
  5. Enter the phone number where you want to forward the calls to
  6. Tap "Update"

Disabling Call Forwarding:

  1. Press "Menu" while viewing any of the home screens
  2. Tap "Settings" and go to "My device"
  3. Tap "Call" > "Additional settings" > "Call forwarding"
  4. Tap "Always forward" and select "Disable"

Managing the Call Log:

Viewing the Call Log:

  1. To access the call log, press the "Phone" icon located on the home screen
  2. Access the "Logs" tab
  3. From the list of calls, tap a log and tap "View more" to access additional details for that particular number

Resetting the Call Log:

  1. Open the "Phone" application and go to the "Logs" tab
  2. Press "Menu" > "Delete"
  3. Tap "Select all"
  4. Tap "Delete" twice, the second time for confirmation
