Forgot alternate password on Galaxy S5

Hi. I have the exact problem as the above discussed. My phone for some reason didn't want to scan my fingerprint. It gave me the option of typing in the alternative password (Which I don't know what it is). I have tried to enter numerous "passwords" so that I can get the "window" that takes you to your google account manager...and alas...NOTHING!!!!. I can hear my messages coming through and obviously I can't view them due to this stupid Alternative Password problem!!! WHAT DO I DO??? I have worked stored on my phone!!!

Le même problème. Avec une S5. J'ai essayé diverses solutions proposées et rien. Le gestionnaire de périphériques envoie le verrouillage du téléphone, mais le téléphone ne s'affiche que la question et le téléphone Ã* cadran, mais n'importe quel champ où vous entrez le nouveau mot de passe. J'ai pouvez Appuyez sur la totalité de l'écran et ne fait rien (sauf appel d'urgence). Si quelqu'un peut résoudre ce problème ? Pas le téléphone que je veux réinitialiser

hi I have the same problem as described above,I went in to device manager and when I try to put in a new lock password it gives me a message that google has verified that there is a lock screen and the new password is not valid what do I do??? please help

יש לי נוט 5 אני עושה את הטביעת אצבע שלי וזה לא עובד הוא מבקקש ממני סיסמא ושחכתי אותה !! אני יודע שיש אופציה לאפס והכל טוב אבל אני לא יכול החיים שלי בפון יש אופציה לדרך מבלי לאפס ( נ.ב אין לי חשבון אימייל ) מה אפשר לעשות בבקשה תעזרו לי !!!
