Forward Calls:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
  3. Access “More settings”
  4. Select “Call forwarding” > “Always forward”
  5. Enter the phone number to forward calls to
  6. Tap “Turn on”

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “More”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “More settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when unreachable”
  6. Enter the phone number to use for call forwarding
  7. Tap “Update” / “Turn on”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone” and tap “More”
  2. Tap “Settings” > “More settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Select “Always forward” or the option that you wish to turn off
  5. Tap “Turn off”

Block Calls:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call rejection” > “Auto reject list”
  4. Perform one of the following:
    • To block a phone number:
      1. Enter the number
      2. Optionally, select the desired “Match criteria” to block numbers from a specific network / area code etc. or leave the option as default “Exactly the same as”
    • To block a contact or call log entry:
      1. Tap “Contacts” on the home screen
      2. Go to “Logs” or “Contacts”
      3. Select the number you want to block
    • To block unknown callers: Enable “Unknown”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone” and tap “More”
  2. Tap “Settings” > “Call rejection”
  3. Tap “Auto reject list”
  4. Tap the “-“ symbol associated with the numbers you want to unblock

Block / Unblock Messages (Method 1):

  1. Tap “Messages” on the home screen
  2. Tap and hold the conversation thread containing the number you want to block
  3. Tap “Add to spam numbers”
  4. To unblock messages from a number, follow the steps above and tap “Remove from spam” instead

Block / Unblock Messages (Method 2):

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Spam filter” to enable the feature
  4. Tap “Manage spam numbers”
  5. Enter the number you want to block or tap “+” to select from Contacts or Inbox
  6. Tap “Back” when ready to save the changes
  7. To unblock messages, follow the first 4 steps above and then tap “-“ next to the number you want to unblock
