Block Calls:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Access the “Logs” or “Keypad” screen
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  4. Tap “Call” > “Call rejection”
  5. Tap “Auto reject list” > “Create”
  6. Tap the “Contacts” icon and perform one of the following:
    • To block a phone number: enter it, and make sure “Match criteria” is set to “Exactly the same as (default)”. Otherwise you can choose different criteria to block calls from a certain area code / network etc.
    • To block a contact: tap “Contacts”, go to “Logs” or “Contacts”, and select the desired number
    • To block unknown callers: tap “Unknown”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Go to “Logs” or “Keypad”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  4. Tap “Call” > “Call rejection”
  5. Tap “Auto reject list”
  6. To allow calls from a number but keep the number in the block list, clear the check box associated with it
  7. To allow calls and also remove the number from the block list, tap the “Trash can” icon, select the check box next to the desired number, and tap “Done”

Forward All Calls:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Go to “Logs” or the “Keypad” screen
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  4. Tap “Call” > “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
  5. Choose “Always forward”
  6. Enter the phone number to forward calls to and tap “Turn on”

Enable Call Forwarding (Conditional):

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” while viewing the “Logs” or “Keypad” screen
  3. Go to “Settings” and tap “Call”
  4. Tap “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
  5. Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when unreachable”
  6. Enter the phone number to forward calls to, and tap “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” in the “Keypad” or “Logs” screen
  3. Tap “Settings” > “Call” > “More settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding” > “Always forward” (or a different forwarding option if applicable)
  5. Tap “Turn off”
