Transfer Audio Files from a Windows PC:
- Connect the Galaxy On7 Pro to your computer via USB
- At the prompt, enable Media device (MTP) / File Transfer (MTP), otherwise enable the option from the Notification area
- Launch the File Explorer on the computer and locate the desired audio files on the PC
- Copy the files and paste them on the phone storage, preferably in the Notification / Ringtones folder(s)
- After the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray, and safely disconnect the phone from the USB cord
Transfer Audio Files from a Mac Computer:
NOTE: Skip the first 3 steps if Samsung Kies is already installed on the Mac.
- Launch the Internet browser on the Mac
- Visit Kies Support
- Click Kies 3 for Mac and follow the on-screen steps to download and install Kies
- Connect the Samsung Galaxy On7 Pro to your Mac via USB
- When prompted, enable Media device (MTP) / File Transfer (MTP), otherwise turn the option on from the Notification area
- Launch Kies on the Mac
- Inside Kies, click the Folder icon associated with internal memory or external memory
- Open the File Finder on the Mac
- Use the File Finder to locate the desired audio files on the Mac storage
- Drag the files and drop them in Kies to begin the transfer
- Once done, eject the phone storage by dragging and dropping the virtual drive from the desktop and into the Trash can
- You can now safely disconnect the device from the USB
Add Audio Files to the Ringtone List:
- Open Settings
- Scroll to Device
- Tap Sounds and notifications > Ringtones and sounds
- Tap Ringtone > Add ringtone
- Choose Sound picker and select to use it Always or Just once
- Select the audio files you want to add to the ringtone list and tap Done
Change the General Ringtone:
- Launch Settings and scroll to Device
- Tap Sounds and notifications
- Under Sound, tap Ringtones and sounds
- Tap Ringtone
- Select the desired ringtone and tap Back to apply the changes
Change the Ringtones of a Specific Contact:
NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be assigned to contacts located on the phones internal memory or the SIM card.
- Open Contacts
- Select the desired contact and tap Edit
- Tap Ringtone
- Select the desired ringtone and tap OK
- Tap Save
Change the Notification Sound:
- Launch Settings
- Scroll to Device
- Tap Sounds & notifications
- Tap Ringtones and sound under Sounds
- Select a notification type and the desired notification sound
- Press Back to apply

The things you post are helpful, but it would be much better if we had an extra place to download those ringtones to our phones. I know a place called Zedge, let's go there.
