Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Block numbers”
  4. Follow one of the steps below:
    • To block a new phone number: enter it and ensure the match criteria is set to default
    • To search for and block a contact/number from the phonebook: tap “Contacts”, go to “Logs” or “Contacts”, and select the desired entry
    • To block unknown phone numbers: tap “Block anonymous calls” and enable the feature

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Block numbers”
  4. Tap “-“ next to the phone number / contact you want to unblock

Manage Caller ID:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “More settings”
  4. Tap “Show my caller ID”
  5. Select “Network default”, “Hide number” or “Show number”

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Launch “Phone” and go to the “logs” tab
  2. Select a call log entry to view more details on it
  3. To clear the call log, tap “Menu” > “Delete” and select the desired call log entries or tap “All”
  4. When ready, tap “Delete” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “More settings”
  4. Access “Call forwarding”
  5. Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Turn On”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Select “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
  5. Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unreachable” or “Forward when unanswered”
  6. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding and tap “Turn On”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select “Call forwarding”
  5. If necessary, tap the forwarding option you want to disable
  6. Tap “Turn Off”
