Block Incoming Calls from a Contact:

  1. Launch “phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Blocked numbers”
  4. Perform one of the following steps:
    • To block a phone number: enter it and make sure the match criteria is set to “Default”
    • To block unknown callers: enable “Block unknown callers”
    • To block a contact from the phonebook or call history: go to “Recents” or “Contacts” and select the desired contact/phone number

Unblock Calls from a Contact:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Blocked numbers”
  4. Tap the “-“ symbol next to the phone number/contact you want to unblock

Block Messages:

  1. Launch “messages”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Block Messages” > “Block numbers”
  4. Enter the desired phone number, or tap “+” and select from “Contacts” or “Inbox”

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Tap “Block numbers”
  5. Tap “-“ next to the phone number/contact you want to unblock

Reset the Call Log:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Access “Recents”
  3. Tap “Menu”
  4. Tap “Delete” and select the desire call log entry, or tap “All”
  5. Tap “Delete” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Go to “Settings” > “More settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number or select the contact you want to forward calls to
  5. Tap “Turn On”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable” “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Turn On”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “More settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
  6. Tap “Turn Off”
