Block Incoming Calls:
- Launch Phone
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Go to Blocked numbers and follow one of the steps below:
- To block a phone number: enter it and ensure the match criteria is set to Default
- To block unknown callers: enable Block unknown callers
- To block a contact: go to Contacts or Recents and select it
Unblock Calls:
- Launch phone and tap menu
- Tap Settings
- Tap Blocked numbers
- Tap the - symbol next to the contact/phone number you want to unblock
Block Messages:
- Open Messages
- Tap Menu
- Go to Settings > Blocked messages
- Tap Block numbers
- Enter the phone number whose messages you want to block
- Tap +
- Alternatively, select a contact from Contacts or Inbox
Unblock Messages:
- Open messages
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Go to Block numbers
- Tap - next to the contact/phone number you want to unblock
Clear the Call Log:
- Launch Phone
- Go to Recents
- Tap Menu > Delete
- Select the desired call log entry or tap All
- Tap Delete to confirm
Enable Call Forwarding:
- Open Phone
- Tap Menu
- Go to Settings > More settings
- Access Call forwarding
- Select Always forward and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to. Alternatively, select a contact from the phonebook
- Tap Turn On
Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Launch Phone
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Tap More settings > Call forwarding
- Select to forward calls When unreachable When unanswered or When busy
- Enter the phone number to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
- Tap Turn On
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Open Phone
- Tap Menu
- Go to Settings > More settings
- Tap Call forwarding
- Select the forwarding option you want to disable and tap Turn Off
