Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Blocked numbers” and follow one of the steps below:
    • To block a phone number: enter it and ensure the match criteria is set to “Default”
    • To block unknown callers: enable “Block unknown callers”
    • To block a contact: go to “Contacts” or “Recents” and select it

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “phone” and tap “menu”
  2. Tap “Settings”
  3. Tap “Blocked numbers”
  4. Tap the “-“ symbol next to the contact/phone number you want to unblock

Block Messages:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Blocked messages”
  4. Tap “Block numbers”
  5. Enter the phone number whose messages you want to block
  6. Tap “+”
  7. Alternatively, select a contact from “Contacts” or “Inbox”

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “messages”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Block numbers”
  4. Tap “-“ next to the contact/phone number you want to unblock

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Go to “Recents”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Delete”
  4. Select the desired call log entry or tap “All”
  5. Tap “Delete” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “More settings”
  4. Access “Call forwarding”
  5. Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to. Alternatively, select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Turn On”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward calls “When unreachable” “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  5. Enter the phone number to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Turn On”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “More settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select the forwarding option you want to disable and tap “Turn Off”
