The big problem is that the file is alredy a *MMF

if the files already a mmf, all you have to do is load the mmf up, then click save as mmf, either 16chord or 40 chord, then it will ask you which chord do you want it to vibrate or light up on.

What you really want is vlplus 1.40 which you open and drop your mmf file onto and it comes out with vibe and led.
