samsung e330 locked on tmobile

hi guys,
I'm completely new to all of this forum stuff! i was hoping someone could help me to unlock my samsung e330 i ordered on contract but want to use my O2 pay as you go sim card in it. im totally skint and really want to use my new phone asap! its locked onto t mobile and the IMEI: 354300/00/859632/8. anny suggestions would be great thanx,
