    ok i need to know if there is ANY way to unlock a samsung sgh-e317 thru cingular? i was told that it was PUC codes or something? no one can help me thus far.

    im getting 'SIM card locked enter password' when i turn the phone card on with my new sim card. i dont remember making a password for it.
