i just got a unlocked samsung e730 off of ebay. my cingular sim card works fine with it except i can not call anyone except emergency calls only. even with 3 bars. the problem is not my sim card b/c i have tried others in it. turns out this phone is made in and from korea, i am from the usa. i dont know what to do to get signal. please help me! ive tried everything i know to do!

Chances are, it uses a different band than the US, since Korea is overseas I THINK (!!THINK!!) it runs on the 850 GSM band... not too sure though... best bet is to contact the seller and ask the seller for a refund

ive never tried to sell anything. and my paypal account is set up just for buying ( i dunno if that matters)...so i dont know
