    with bitpim, view tab, select file system, if the slection is not there and the click on the + to get it to expand and go hunting through it from there If it will not expand and bitpim gives you and error then if may be the file comm mode on the phone if windows has the driver setup right for it.

    went hunting through way too many posts here till I found out how to change the comm mode and then someone was nice enough to post the a body file that is just some hex that the phone uses to index the ringtones so the phone lets you use them.

    At this point I'm going through the same issue of trying to figure out how to edit the gcd file for the A840.

    to get ringtones into your telus a950, go see howardforums, 2 full threads dedicated to the hacking of this phone.

    PS, I have my own custom ringtones and games on my telus a950

    it is possible, but hard
