Sure. You might have to pay a little bit more for it, but any contract phone can be activated on a prepay plan. You wouldn't have access to all the features (VCAST), but the phone could be activated to work on prepay. The a930 is a Verizon phone so you would need to activate it under Verizon's prepay service.

How can I get that? Would I have to buy an unlocked phone and then get the prepaid plan? Id be getting the unlimited mobile to mobile one. 10c a minute and 1dollar a day for use charge.

If I were you, I'd look at EasyPay instead of InPulse. It's $50 or $70 per month. The $50 plan gets you 350 minutes with unlimited IN and 3000 night and weekend minutes. The $70 plan gets you 700 minutes with unlimited IN and 3000 night and weekend minutes. I think it's a better deal than InPulse.

You would just need to buy the a930 from a Verizon dealer at full price and activate it to a Verizon prepay plan (InPulse, EasyPay, whatever). You can't get them unlocked. Just look for a good price on one. I can't remember what my store sells them for off the top of my head. You could probably expect to pay about $250 for it.
