Samsung A640 Backing

Hello, I'm new here as you can see and I have a dilema. Me and my girl just got the new Samsung A640 phones and we love them to death. One problem though. My girl slipped outside of our house and dropped her phone leaving a bad scrath on the back of her phone. Its the plate that you remove to put your battery in. Is there any way I can get a new back plate for her or contact Samsung about it? Anyone help would be much appreciated, we only have had our phones for a week.
