    Hi all, I need help with unlocking my phone called T-mobile requesetd for it to be unlocked but they decide to keep playing pranks.
    Does anyone know where I can go, pay to have my phone unlocked in Virginia or DC? I'm tired of calling Tmobile and also going to there kiosk!!
    Pls help if you know somewhere.

    I'm pretty sure it's illegal to charge to unlock phones now, so you can probably only go through T-Mobile... what "Pranks" are you talking about?
