Hue II Vibrates Constantly

I dropped the phone in water. I dried it out in rice for 3 days, it powers back up and I get the screen and everything seems to be fine except for one thing: it constanlty vibrates! As soon as the battery is plugged in or when I plug in the adapter, it starts vibrating. I found on the Internet that cell phones have a motor test where you can turn vibration on and off. Usually you can get to that test by hitting 0 at the main menu, but you can't do that on this phone. Does anyone know how to do that on this model? Does anyone have any other ideas for me? Sorry, I thought I was in an area for this specific model. It's an Alltel Hue II by Samsung also known as the SCH-r600.
