How do I add video to Tocca light S5230

Hi,
Hope someone can help please.
I am trying to add a piece of video to my Samsung Tocca light 5230 but I get, this format is not supported. The file in question is a "wmv" format and within the supporting software there is reference to converting the file, presumably to a format compatible to my phone but I cannot see how to do this. Please help.
