Seems like the U.S. is getting pretty hefty on their prices when it comes to launching a new handset and you would think that by signing a two year contract, that the devices would be a little cheaper. That is not that case for the Samsung Droid Charge, which is said to be an 4G LTE capable handset.
By signing a two year contract with Verizon, the Samsung Droid Charge can be yours for a whopping $299.99; but if you decide to get it from Walmart, you can save $1.11 (wow) but you will still have to sign a contract with Verizon.
The question is, is anyone willing to pay that price for the handset, considering you still have the option of purchasing the Thunderbolt, which is said to be cheaper.
