Samsung GT-E1086i Cell phone Problem

I bought this cell phone to use in Mexico. Somehow I activated conditional call forwarding. My husband tried to fix it and now when I try to call all I get is "Call ended -57-" Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I knew that it's a sort of code you have to dial, but it may vary from carriers. try *38 + send
