Phone Internet To Laptop

Sorry if this has been discussed already but didn't know how to word in the search.

I have just moved up in the world and added a data package to my Flight II phone. It works but seems very slow, especially on some forums I visit.

Anyway, Is it possible to get on the internet with my laptop using a usb cable or bluetooth from my phone?
