AT&T MMS Profile for Samsung Star II (S5260)

Does anyone have the exact setup for and unlocked Samsung GT-S5260 (Star II or Tocco Icon),
under US/AT&T provider? I've tried everything I could think of, and I still cannot send
or receive multimedia messages on that phone. I have an unlimitted texting plan and I can
send/receive multimedia messages ok on any other AT&T phone.
