How-to: Samsung Gravity Q: Add an Email Account and Manage Emails

Adding an Email Account:

1. While on the home screen, press the "Menu" key on your device
2. Tap "Email"
3. Touch "Settings"
4. Tap "Email setup wizard"
5. Press "OK"
6. Type in your email account name then tap "OK"
7. Press "Next" and type in your email address, then tap "OK"
8. Enter your password, then tap "OK"
9. Press "Next" followed by "OK". The setup should now be complete

Deleting an Email Account:

1. While on the home screen, press the "Menu" button on your handset
2. Press "Email"
3. Tap "More"
4. Tap "Settings" > "Manage accounts"
5. Touch "Delete" and select the email account that you wish to delete
6. Once selected, press "Delete" to complete the action

Attaching a File and Sending an Email:

1. While on the home screen, tap the "Menu" key
2. Select "Email"
3. If necessary, access your inbox by tapping the drop-down menu
4. Press "Create"
5. Enter the text for your email
6. Select "Image", "Sound", "Video" or "Other" to attach a file to your email
7. Navigate to the file and select the one you wish to attach
8. Press "Send to" and select the desired recipient
9. Press "Done" and tap "Send" to send your email

Deleting Emails:

1. Tap the "Menu" button while on the home screen and select "Email"
2. Navigate to the email that you wish to delete then select it
3. Tap "Delete" and choose whether you wish to delete from "Phone only" or "Phone and server"
4. Tap "Yes" to confirm your action
