Master Resetting Your Device:
WARNING! Master resetting your Gravity Q will result in losing all of your personal data that is being stored on the handset's internal storage, such as ringtones, contacts, photos, apps and more. Note: data that has been stored on the SD card or SIM card will not be deleted
- If necessary, perform a backup of your internal memory before proceeding. You can find the steps on how to backup and restore data on the Gravity Q here
- While on the home screen, tap the "Menu" button on your device
- Tap "Settings"
- Select "Phone settings"
- Tap "Restore phone"
- Press "Yes" to confirm
Wiping the Cache Partition:
Assuming that you're having issues with your handset (it freezes or crashes a lot) and you're considering master resetting the device, then you may want to give this alternative method a try first. Wiping the cache partition will clear various parts of your phone's storage without deleting any stored personal data.
