Hi guys. My Disabled Father has Assurance wireless lifeline phone service. On Father's day us kids bought Dad a Samsung Galaxy ring. After speaking with the manger @ assurance and reading over there phones you can buy from them as well as phones you can buy and have them put on his service, it was decided to buy him the ring. His eye site is going as well as his hearing. He likes to ride the bus and the bus schedule is an app that you put on your smart phone. Well we called them before buying the phone then after. They said that the phone won't work on there system. So here we are(us kids) thinking that his problems would be solved find out that it won't work. He has a samsung Montage now. Any help or advice would be appreciated. I am new to this forum but am an electronics technician. I have read some stuff about flashing but I don't generally work on phone. We all ready put all his contacts on the new ring. He is still using the montage now. Thank you Dolamite.
