i'm new and need help with my bell mobility sanyoo 8100 and bitpim

i can get pics from phone to pc but i can't get pics from pc to phone, when i try to send the dato to my phone the wallpaper option as well as the ring tone option is greyed out, Can someone please help me or give me program they know works

nothing works to upload to bell phone. trust me. but use bitpim to get your pics off, and signup for unlimited mobile browser for 5 bucks a month and dl everything (no, not from bell). btw, there has been about 20 different threads started all for the same thing!!!! sorry, im getting so mad , but i'm getting to the point where im just gonna let ppl struggle until they read the rest of the messages in the forum and then feel like big idiots

bitpim doesnt work with all bell phones i dont think. but if you are using the sanyo 8100, make sure you select the bell sanyo 8100 in phone type.

Yes, I did select it. The version I got was latest test, so I downloaded the latest official version, and nothing is greyed out anymore, but I still get an error log. I hope the cable itself is working?
