Can someone help me? I started taking pics with the Sanyo 8200pm cell phone cam (I bought it last night) and found that the shutter made noises while taking pics and also after the shutter noise there is a harmonica-like download noise. I figured how to turn off shutter noise but have not seen in menu how to turn off the down load music. Can anyone help? I havent called the store I brought it from yet as they are closed right now. I have seen other people annyoyed with these noises on other phone forums and now I have the same problem. I do work with private investigator firms & law offices and would like to use the phone when I am out in field and also when I serve legal documents so defendants can not deny service of process.

the only way i've found to silence it is to turn off the key volume.

response to caliente
thanks caliente, i just got back online and tried something I read in another forum about turning off the ringer noise/etc in sounds menu and it worked, only draw back I guess, you dont know if your getting call (but maybe I can put it in vibrate only. By the way caliente, is this what you mean by the term "key" volume?

no, there are two separate choices.
go to settings -> sounds -> ringer/key vol.
then go down to key beep. turn that off. you'll still have your ringer and alert sounds, but your keys and menu will have no sounds, including camera and that downloading noise.
hope that helps.
