question about music on 8300

I know the 8300 is not a music phone, but is there any way to create a ringer, say a snippet from a song on my computer, and transfer it to my phone and use it as a ringtone?

yeah. if you have vision on your plan: use an audio editing program, and convert the files to .acc format using quicktime pro. then use this site Phone Uploader to upload the file and it will send a link to it in the form of a text message. you then click on the link and download it to the phone. if you have a hard time, i can make you a couple. just let me know the names of the songs.
