Heya Poluroud, welcome to CPF ...


if you look in the top right corner you will see a small, lighter colored box with your name in it... there is also a link to private messages. Click the private message link then, on the new page, look at the left hand margin. In that margin there is a "Send new Message" link that should get you what you desire...
