Hi , this seems like a great forum . Looking forward to learning more about the murky world of the cell phone industry . As you can see from my name , I'm tired of my current provider (the one that claims to have the least dropped calls but has the most in my experience ) . Thanks!!

There. Much better.
Seriously, I feel your pain. I am a former AT&T Wireless customer and have been pained for a long time as to the fate of the old AT&T and the new Cingulbar companies. They are not what they were before or should be today.
I hope the new AT&T gets back to the basics but I have my doubts.
If you are looking for a good new home, I might suggest T-Mobile. I've had them for a couple of years now and, while they are not perfect, I am relatively pleased and have no plans to go anywhere else anytime soon. Give them a try. They are working well for me.

Re: New here
As a former Cingular employee i know exactly what you are reffering to...but they are actually working out the kinks...i dislike the way the company handles their customers...but not having too much trouble with the service...(
