Can someone give the pros and cons of being a sub dealer?

A sub dealer such as a franchise, such as family owned? If so then the pros are not so great, but sometimes be a pain. Direct dealers have higher powers as they can give you the lower deal of the game for a device or accessory. Family owned are not that great as they cannot work deals like directs can and give you what the direct is giving on a device or accessory.
For your sake, work only with direct dealers, this will save you some hassel. Other areas in the U.S or outside may show and say differently, but this is from reviewing every major area in the U.S.Steven Myers,

Well, i know a master dealer that carries several different lines. I'm negotiating being a sub dealer through him. So you are saying being a sub dealer isnt good?
