Hey guys,
I know this might sound nefarious but it isnt. I'm trying to target certain users for advertising in a certain area and want to do a SMS marketing campaign.
I know where my target market lives so I was thinking of how I could get their cell phone numbers.
I wanted to somehow set up a repeater cell site in my car and have their phones log in to my repeater and log their cell numbers and then give them a network reject answer so that they go back to the original network that they were on.
I just don't know how to do that. Can anyone shed some light? Or point me in the right direction?
Thanks,
John

Re: Harware for logging cell phone numbers
I've never heard of such a thing...
This plan is also probably illegal.
