So how do I download files on the site. I read that I needed 5 posts which I have one but I still can download. Any help would be great!

Oh ya and it shows I only have 1 post when I have posted 6 or 7 times.

Posting in new member and feedback forum will not raise your post count - after you've posted in other parts of the site you will be able to download files.

5 posts and I still cant download a file?? I get the same error:

As stated above - you need to have at least 5 posts in forums that are not this one and the new member introduction forum.
