Stay Away from SPRINT...LIARS

i been with sprint since 1999..and last week i called to cancel my plan to go with cingular...Sprint talked me into staying with them and i also add a phone to the new plan...they said i will have 1020 shared minutes in my plan...i bought 2 new cell phones...1 came in the mail...i called to get it programmed...they transfer my cell one # and cancelled my cell one phone...they couldn't do it until the following day..i was without a cell phone....2 days later my 2nd phone came in the mail...all they had to do is transfer my sprint # to the new phone..they couldn't do until the following day...i was once again without a cell phone...anyways after all the problems was over with...i asked again what my minutes was..they said its only 750 shared minutes and 150 bonus minutes on 1 of the cell phones..anyways that would total 900 minutes...i asked if they can go back and listen to the convo i had with the sprint operator the day i changed my plan on Dec 13th...they not able to...now i got screw by sprint and they already cancelled my cell one plan...and now i'm stuck with sprint...i have 14 days to cancel...and now i'm looking for a new service for 2 phones....Stay away from SPRINT everyone !!!

Im sorry this happened to you. This is Sprint and they will always be this way.

It sucks that Sprint did that to you. The good news is that the cell phone industry is getting ready to go through some major changes and situations like that will be a thing of the past. I found a cell phone company called Buzzirk that provides flat rate unlimited nationwide and global calling plans and what I like about it is that I know exactly what I'm getting. I never have to worry about roaming and I never have to count minutes, even if I travel outside of the country.
